During my internship at Innovative Talent Solutions, I wrote many job postings to help recruit Candidates. Below are a couple of job postings. One posting is for an internship at Innovative Talent Solutions and the other is for a Help Desk Associate at for one of the company's clients.
Human Resources Internship
Innovative Talent Solutions is currently seeking an intern for the 2013 fall semester. Innovative Talent Solutions is a local, full-service boutique staffing firm specializing in accounting/finance and administrative support. We set ourselves apart from our competitors by offering a customized approach to staffing and focusing on the small details that allow it to cultivate long-term, one-on-one relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, independent, and should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is a terrific opportunity for anyone who wants to get into the Human Resources field. This internship is for academic credit only, but has the potential to lead to a full-time job.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Write job ads and press releases
• Recruit Candidates
• Update website, social media, and on-hold content
• Update contracts, forms, and marketing materials as needed
• Regularly promote company through Facebook and Twitter
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in progress
• Full-time student taking an internship course
• Interest in the Human Resources field
• Professional demeanor
• Able to commute ~20 minutes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of Mac Computers, MS Office Suite, Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin

Help Desk Support Associate
Innovative Talent Solutions is seeking multiple high-energy Help Desk Support Associates for our client located in Sanford, NC. One of the leading companies in its field, our client is committed to providing superb customer service as well as a fast, friendly, and clean environment for its guests and associates. Our client believes cultivating a respectful diverse environment where employees win as a team. This position includes opportunities to showcase sharp, professional help desk support skills and expand prior knowledge and technical skills.
Ideal candidates should offer excellent customer service skills and have an in-depth understanding of PC hardware/software issues.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Manage calls reporting PC issues
• Route communications (emails/calls) to appropriate department(s)
• Document incoming calls
• Maintain and update issues database
Requirements:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
• Strong Desktop Support experience
• Demonstrated Help Desk/Call Center experience, including issue-reporting
• Working knowledge of ACD systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to work from 4:30am-1:30pm
